September 8th  marks the second anniversary of revisions to the The Occupational Health and Safety Act with regards to workplace harassment. What do these changes mean for employers, as well as employees and JHSC members? What does this mean for WSIB? Is there a connection to be made the to the CSA Standard for a Psychologically Safe Workplace?
