September 8th  marks the second anniversary of revisions to the The Occupational Health and Safety Act with regards to workplace harassment. Back in 2010 workplace harassment was added to the OHSA, but Sept. 2016 saw a specific definition for workplace sexual harassment as well as changes to what employees were required to do to control the risk of workplace harassment and sexual harassment. What does the health and safety employment landscape look like now as result of this specific change to the Occupational Health and Safety Act? What do these changes mean for employers, as well as employees and JHSC members? What does this mean for WSIB? Is there a connection to be made the to the CSA Standard for a Psychologically Safe Workplace?
