The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) will commence a health and safety campaign focused on the Internal Responsibility System (IRS). MLITSD Inspectors will visit health and community care workplaces, focusing on compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and related regulations from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Join us for a joint webinar facilitated by the MLITSD and Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA) focused on this campaign.
