Adil Ladhani

As Vice President of Product at the Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA), Adil brings nearly 20 years of experience and leadership in product development, product strategy, and technology. In this role, he oversees PSHSA’s IT, Product Development, and Learning Technology teams, leading the design and delivery of innovative digital and eLearning solutions that are transforming health and safety training across Ontario.

With a strong focus on collaboration and advanced technologies, Adil is dedicated to developing accessible, high-impact learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of Ontario’s diverse workforce. His leadership is instrumental in driving PSHSA’s mission to make health and safety education more effective and widely accessible.

Before joining PSHSA, Adil held executive leadership roles at Wynshop (acquired by Instacart) and Mi9 Retail, where he led R&D, Product Management, and DevOps. During this time, he played a pivotal role in shaping market-leading B2B and B2C platforms, aligning product strategy with customer needs, and enabling data-informed decision-making.
