PSHSA offers a range of ergonomic services designed to meet your workplace health and safety needs. We provide tailored ergonomic assessments and consulting services for individuals, employers, and insurers across Ontario, including:

Ergonomics assessments

An ergonomics assessment is performed by an expert health and safety consultant to identify risk factors, determine the level of risk present in a job, and provide suggestions to minimize the risk of injury. These comprehensive assessments can be conducted in person or virtually.

Job demands descriptions

A job demands description outlines the full physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychological demands of a job, as well as the environmental conditions in which tasks are performed. These descriptions support a workplace’s disability management stay-at-work and return-to-work program by matching the demands of the job with the abilities of the worker.

Job demands descriptions can be completed in full or as separate descriptions for physical and cognitive demands.
