Miranda Borris

Miranda Borris is an experienced public-sector and not-for-profit leader with more than 20 years of experience in governance, human resources, organizational strategy, and corporate services. As Director of Corporate Services and a member of PSHSA’s Senior Leadership Team, she provides leadership across employee experience, client experience, and corporate governance.

Before joining PSHSA, Miranda held progressively senior roles in municipal government, including serving as a City Manager with responsibility for a full-service organization of more than 400 employees. Her experience includes advising governing bodies, leading complex organizational change, labour relations and collective bargaining, strategic planning, policy development, risk management, and cross-functional corporate operations.

Miranda is known for her thoughtful and practical leadership style, sound judgment, and ability to bring clarity and structure to complex issues. She is particularly passionate about strengthening governance, building organizational capacity, and helping leaders translate strategy into meaningful action.

Miranda holds a Master of Public Administration and the Governance Professionals of Canada Designation.
