Rob Milford

Rob Milford is a National Staff Representative with Unifor’s Health, Safety and Environment Department, where he provides leadership and advocacy on workplace health and safety and workers’ compensation issues across Canada.

With more than 15 years of experience in the labour movement, Rob has built a strong reputation as a dedicated advocate for workers, helping members navigate complex workplace injuries, workers’ compensation claims, workplace accommodations, and occupational health and safety matters. He also prepares policy and legislative consultation submissions on behalf of Unifor, helping support improvements to workers’ compensation and occupational health and safety systems across Canada.

Passionate about ensuring every worker returns home safely, Rob is committed to advancing safer workplaces through education, advocacy, and policy development. His practical experience, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to supporting injured workers have made him a trusted resource for union members across the country.
