This online self-paced eLearning training provides a practical introduction to working safely with a variety of ladders used in the workplace and provides a thorough understanding of safe ladder use and best practices.

- the basics of ladder safety, with a focus on rights, roles and responsibilities of workplace parties and regulatory requirements in different sectors
- ladder types and specifications, safety precautions and best practices in use of ladders
- common ladder hazards and controls through a review of hierarchy of controls and use of Personal Protective Equipment
- the inspection, storage and maintenance of ladders
