This self‑paced eLearning course helps workers and supervisors understand their rights and responsibilities related to workplace violence, harassment, and sexual harassment under Ontario legislation.
Participants will learn about the legal requirements set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code, and the Criminal Code of Canada. The course covers the different forms of workplace violence and harassment, how to recognize potential hazards, and the importance of prevention, reporting, and control measures.
