Henrietta Van hulle

Henrietta Van Hulle is the Interim Chief Executive Officer at the Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA). With a strong foundation in frontline nursing, she brings a deep understanding of the human impact of workplace health and safety, leadership, and system modernization.

Previously Vice President of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, she led cross-sector initiatives supporting Ontario’s public sector and advancing innovative approaches to workplace safety and wellbeing.

Henrietta is known for her people-first leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to building strong partnerships. She holds a Master of Health Services Management and multiple national and international certifications in health, safety, and disability management.

A recognized leader and award recipient, she remains dedicated to ensuring workers go home safe, healthy, and whole.
