JHSC Certification Part 2

Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) Certification Part 2 is designed for all workplaces and sectors, using real-world hazards and issues common across workplaces. You can select the sector that best represents your work to receive the training tailored to your work environment.

Practice identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace hazards, and develop draft action plans and recommendations tailored to your organization.

In part 2, you will learn about:

  • relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
  • minimum 6 workplace hazards particular to your work environment and their potential to cause injury or illness
  • how to effectively recognize, assess, control, and evaluate workplace hazards
  • how to prepare and complete an action plan

Choose your sector

We offer JHSC part 2 sessions for all workplaces, as well as dedicated sessions for four public sectors: healthcare, government, public safety, and education.
