Expectations of Learners

To help create a positive and productive learning experience for everyone, we ask that you:

1. Be respectful and professional
   Treat others with kindness and professionalism at all times. Disruptive behaviour is not
   acceptable and may impact your participation.
2. Support a safe and inclusive environment
   Follow the PSHSA Code of Conduct as communicated by the instructor in the classroom and
   help create a space where everyone feels welcome. This means no bullying, harassment,
   discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind.
3. Show up and stay engaged
   Attend all required sessions and complete all modules to get the full benefit of the course.
4. Speak up when needed
   If you have questions, concerns, or need support, reach out to your facilitator as soon as
   possible. We’re here to help.

Technical Requirements for Virtual Learning

• Hardware: A desktop computer or laptop with screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (or above)
• Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, macOS X 10.9 or higher
• Internet: 5 Mbps download speed) or above.
• Browser: Latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
• Audio/Video: Speakers or headphones required; webcam
