Health and Safety Consultants provide health and safety training, support, guidance, and advice to all workplace parties within specific sectors in the Province of Ontario. This position develops proactive initiatives and strategies to foster health and safety as a core business value among clients. In this position, you will be responsible for ongoing client engagement, building client relationships to help them improve health and safety outcomes, and to position PSHSA as a leader in delivery of client focused solutions.
We are looking for energetic Health and Safety Trainers in South-Western Ontario, Eastern Ontario, and the GTHA (Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) to support the growing demand for health and safety training from our sectors. Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery and Resourcing, the Health and Safety Trainer will have a main focus on delivering compliance training, with a small focus on non-compliance training, to our public sector clients. The Health and Safety Trainer will deliver training both virtually and in person. The Health and Safety Trainer uses adult learning principles to create an impactful learning environment.
