With a focus on Purpose, the event will act as the launching pad for PSHSA’s new strategic plan, highlight key achievements from the past year and feature notable guest speakers.
TORONTO – On behalf of Korinne Collins, Board Chair, and Glenn Cullen, CEO and COO, you’re invited to participate in the 2020-21 Annual General Meeting of Public Services Health & Safety Association (PSHSA) taking place virtually on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 8:30 am to 10:30 am EST.
Purpose is our theme for this year’s AGM. For many of us, the past year has brought clarity and impetus around our reason for being. The need to prioritize occupational health and safety is now more obvious than ever. But PSHSA stands for something bigger than training and resources, services and transactions. We create safe working environments. We promote healthy workers.
Today, we stand resilient and revitalized, more motivated than ever to advance safe environments and healthy workers in Ontario. This is what drives us, and the path forward has never been clearer. Today, we are actively harnessing our purpose and motivating ourselves and those we work with to ensure the current spotlight on health and safety in Ontario is not short-lived, but a continued trend engrained within workplace culture.
“We encourage all our clients, partners and stakeholders to join us on September 16”, says Glenn Cullen, CEO and COO of PSHSA. “It is an important time for us all to come together, create a shared understanding and learn how we can work together to ensure health and safety is here to stay.”
The event will act as the launching pad for PSHSA’s new strategic plan, highlight key achievements from the past year and feature the notable guest speakers, including Ron Tite, purpose-driven leadership and marketing expert, and Erin Oliver, Chair of Ontario’s Prevention Council and Vice-President of Health, Safety and Sustainability at Modern Niagara.
