PSHSA’s Health and Safety for Leaders is a 2-day Distance Learning course which builds on the competencies of being a supervisor. This instructor-led online training will provide you with the skills and knowledge related to your responsibilities as a supervisor in the promotion of health and safety.
Course Content
In this course, you will learn:
• Applicable legislation, guidelines, OHSA requirements and best practices
• Your roles and responsibilities as a supervisor, what it means to be “competent” in your day-to-day activities and how you can move beyond compliance and fulfil your potential to become an engaging leader
• Practical skills related to promoting OHS in your workplace and ensuring compliance collectively and individually around OHS legislation
• How to take action to drive change and improve OHS and culture

Applicable to all sectors, this mandatory course is relevant to all Ontario workplaces and accessible to everyone through remote, online delivery.
