Gobbling or Grazing: The Choice is Yours
Employers who want to get the greatest returns on their training investments will choose flexible learning options for their employees. Choice in learning is especially important when it comes to health and safety. When a learner’s needs are met, that learner is being set up to have a successful learning experience.

JHSC Certification Refresher, Refreshed
Ontario workplaces with 20 or more employees are legally required to establish a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC). The committee plays an important role in the workplace and within an organization’s health and safety program by raising awareness and promoting the continued improvement of health and safety conditions.

Did you know that PSHSA is developing specialized eLearning for the Aphasia Institute?
Yes, we are building an exciting, introductory module that will promote a successful approach called SCA™– or supported conversation for adults with Aphasia. The targeted learner for this training are those health care professionals (i.e. clinicians/speech-language pathologists/nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers) who are involved with patients with Aphasia.

Our Very Own eLearning Hero
When I joined PSHSA a year ago, I knew the Product Development team that created PSHSA’s innovative eLearning programs was experienced, highly skilled and capable. However, I didn’t realize that we had a full fledged hero in the group. This isn’t the type of hero that wears a cape and can fly, but one who develops cutting edge eLearning programs and interactions and can solve a multitude of business problems for our clients.
